WritersHubUS fails to deliver your order by the agreed deadline.

The delivered work does not meet the specified order requirements after reasonable revision attempts.

A duplicate payment was made by mistake and verified by our payment records.

3. Partial Refund

A partial refund may be issued if:

The completed work partially meets the original requirements.

Late delivery occurred, but the work was still completed and delivered.

Quality concerns were identified, but some parts of the work were completed correctly.

The order was already in progress before cancellation was requested.

The final refund amount will depend on the order status, completed work, deadline, and verified service concerns.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

The client failed to provide clear, complete, or accurate instructions.

The client changed the original requirements after the order had already started.

The client did not request revisions within the allowed revision period.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method whenever possible.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer.

6. Revisions Before Refunds

Before a refund is approved, WritersHubUS may offer free revisions to correct issues that fall within the original order instructions.

Revision requests must be specific and must clearly explain what needs to be corrected.

Refunds may be denied if the issue can reasonably be resolved through revision and the client refuses to allow the revision process.

7. Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, you may open a formal dispute through your dashboard or official support channels.

The dispute resolution team will review the order instructions, delivered work, revision history, deadline, and communication records before making a final decision.

All dispute decisions are made based on fairness, evidence, and the original order requirements.
